Theatre Collaboration with Anthropologists

As part of Tiny Human Dramas, Gabriella collaborated with Anthropologist Maria Kastrinou and two other actors to devise a 10-minute theatrical piece in 24-hours about Druze communities—an ethnoreligious community from West Asia who call themselves al-Muwaḥḥidūn (the monotheists)—and their belief in reincarnation. The piece consisted of voice work (influenced from the region) and physical theatre. It was then performed at Contact Theatre, Manchester alongside four other pieces.

Left to right: Gabriella Tavini, Kitty Ball and Jack Laurent.
